1. Shipping & Delivery Policy

We offer free shipping on every order within Pakistan. Your order will be shipped securely and safely. We strongly recommend that customers inspect the package for any damage or tampering before accepting or signing for the delivery.

For international customers, shipping charges will be applied at the time of order booking.

2. Order Status & Tracking

All orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) are usually processed and shipped within 2 to 3 working days after payment confirmation, provided the item is available in stock.

Please note that delivery time may vary depending on several factors, including:

• online security checks
• shipping restrictions
• payment authorization
• packing and dispatching of the order

A confirmation email will be sent for all successfully received orders.

If the item is not in stock and needs to be customized or made to order, the delivery, shipping, and customization process may take up to 2 weeks approximately.

For deliveries within Pakistan, the estimated delivery time is 2 to 3 working days.
Free delivery is available all across Pakistan.
