The hoop wire itself is a clean, smooth round cross section with no surface texturing — the plain wire gives a simple base that lets the bead detailing across the front section stand as the main decorative feature of each earring.
Across the front lower section of each hoop, three barrel or cylindrical beads are threaded onto the wire in a row. Each barrel bead has a diamond cut or faceted surface — the outer surface of each cylinder is worked with multiple small angled facet cuts that give the bead a bright, reflective finish with light catching from each individual cut face. The diamond cut faceting on the barrel beads gives them a noticeably brighter appearance than plain smooth beads, and the cylindrical form of each bead gives the row a structured, organized look across the front of the hoop.
